Here is the recipe I use for my cookies and my god, they're tasty! It's from www.cooking.com (where I get most of my recipes) http://www.cooking.com/recipes/static/recipe5856.htm Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies RECIPE INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1 3/4 cups (11.5 ounce package) Nestle Toll House Semisweet Chocolate Chunks 3/4 cup chopped cocktail peanuts

RECIPE METHOD

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chunks and peanuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets; press down slightly.

Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Breakfast, Cookies and some kitty fun

We went for breakfast after Grizzy woke us up wanting out. Both of us ordered the exact same thing we always do lol. Truckers omelette for him, Egg Muffin with hashbrowns for me. I'm suprised the waitress didn't guess what we were having. After we picked up my prescription at the pharmacy, we came home and relaxed for a bit. For the afternoon, Terence sorted some DnD papers while I made Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. I like it when he keeps me company while I cook. Hell, I just like his company :) I hope we can stop fighting soon, it's driving me batty. Life with no FFXI doesn't sit well with either of us I think, but it's for the best.

After supper, Terence and Mephit played with some string. He got the bright idea of running away with her string after she tried to drag it up onto the top of the fridge in an attempt to hide it. Back and forth from the bedroom to the kitchen, I thought I was going to pee my pants laughing at them run back and forth with a little red shoelace in between.
